At SurveyPicks.com, we've been taking surveys online for cash, points, and other rewards since the mid-1990s. Along the way, we've discovered a number of tips and tricks to make survey-taking more efficient and productive. We think you'll find these ideas helpful. Have fun!
First, sign up with each of our Top Picks. They are what we consider the most active and rewarding sites available today, giving you the most chances to earn cash and win prizes! Signing up and participating with every site we list is always 100% free to you.
Use Firefox for a better browsing experience: - Download Mozilla Firefox (free) and use it as your primary browser.
- Create a new bookmarks folder in Firefox named "Daily Surveys".
- In that folder, create a link to each survey site that allows you to login to check for new surveys or points opportunities (Lightspeed Panel, MySurvey, Memolink, SurveySpot, etc.).
- Each day, in Firefox go to "Bookmarks" -> "Daily Surveys" -> "Open in tabs".
- All of your survey sites will open in their own tab and you can easily login and check each one!
Use RoboForm and put an end to repetitive form filling: - Download RoboForm (free) and install it.
- "Easy to use and without any hidden spyware... Innovative, lean, useful product." --Wall Street Journal
- "RoboForm has long been a leader in the field of password management and form filling software." -- MorningStar Advisor
- RoboForm is adware/spyware free.
- Fill out your personal information in your RoboForm profile.
- Each time you sign up for a survey site or take a survey, you can fill in much of the repetitive information (name, address, e-mail, etc.) with just one click of your profile name on the RoboForm toolbar!
- If you'd like more custom fields and the ability to store more usernames and logins, upgrade to RoboForm Pro.
General tips: - Use a separate e-mail account just for surveys. Many ISPs provide extra e-mail addresses, and you may not be using all of them. If one of those isn't available, we like to use Gmail.
- Open a free PayPal account as some surveys pay via PayPal rather than a mailed check.
- Don't be discouraged if a survey only offers a sweepstakes and not a guaranteed payment. Oftentimes these generally shorter surveys are a gateway to other opportunities like product testing, surveys with a guaranteed payment for completion, and paid online focus groups.
- Some surveys fill up quickly, especially when there's a guaranteed payment. Check your survey e-mail frequently and begin each survey as soon after you receive it as possible.
- Most survey links received via e-mail are personalized and for one-time use only. Don't forward them to anyone else unless specifically asked to do so.
- Make an effort to answer every survey that you receive. Survey companies will often reward their "best" respondents with the best opportunities.
- Be honest, don't try to cheat any system, and don't try to guess the "right" answers to a screening questionnaire. Survey organizations want real, honest data, and they'll only continue to provide us with incentives if we continue to provide quality feedback.
